Privacy Policy

Use this policy to understand how Remedial Building Help handles the information you provide.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, project details, and any message.

How we use it

By sending the form after the disclosure line, you agree to be contacted about your enquiry. We may pass your enquiry to a provider serving your area so they can contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

Site analytics

Every page on this site, including this one, loads a script from Cloudflare that records that the page was viewed and how quickly it loaded. This runs whether or not you use the enquiry form. Cloudflare's own documentation says this script does not store data in your browser, such as cookies, local storage or your IP address. The service does receive your IP address as part of handling the request, but Cloudflare's documentation says it discards that address at the nearest data center rather than storing it. What reaches us is counts of page views grouped by country, page and device type, not anything that identifies you individually.
